Currently I'm building payments at Avenue Ticket and I'm a working shareholder at Innoventry Software. Before that I spent two and a half years at Tap Invest shipping four live fintech products, and interned at Connecting Points Tech. Ways of working

1. Own the boring parts. Checkout, payouts, failover, inventory. The systems nobody demos are the ones users trust. That’s where the care goes.
2. Ship, then measure. A release isn’t done when it deploys — it’s done when the numbers move: +35% successful transactions, −40% load time.
3. One codebase beats two. Capacitor unified web and Android at Tap Invest. Fewer platforms to maintain means more product per engineer.
4. Write the runbook. Disaster recovery, onboarding docs, architecture notes. The next engineer — often future me — should never start from zero.
