  • Built Stripe Connect money rails: hosted KYC merchant onboarding, organizer → staff P2P payouts, RBAC, and customer ticket checkout — PaymentIntents, webhooks, and Connect account state, not just the UI.
  • Implemented a double-entry ledger (journal-posted sales, fees, refunds, disputes, payouts). Organizer wallet / available-to-payout is derived from ledger balances and locks, not ad-hoc arithmetic.
  • Shipped refund, dispute, and ticket-move paths with per-leg amounts, negative-balance / shortfall gating, and preserved sale attribution across moves.
  • Built marketing and promoter attribution: last-click ?p=/?t= at intent create, commission accrual on sale, tracking-link stats, refund/move ledger updates.
  • Production platform at $1M+ monthly volume. Disaster-recovery flow setup, Jenkins → ECS (per-service images, rollback), Prometheus metrics, Grafana Cloud dashboards/alerts for API and payment health.
